Cancellation & Attendance Policy

    •    In-person sessions require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full or noted. If a session (bodywork) is canceled three times with less than 24 hours' to book an appointment session payment would be required upfront.

Exceptions apply only to family or personal emergencies.

    •    Late arrivals will not extend the scheduled session time.

Sessions end at their originally scheduled time regardless of tardiness.
