Weekly Check-Ins

Check-ins are scheduled every Friday morning and include your current weight, updated photos, or videos. 
By checking in before the weekend, we can address any challenges in advance and keep your progress on track.

Accountability and Expectations

If I do not receive your check-in by Friday morning, I will not provide an update to your program or reach out to remind you. Your success depends on your effort, and my level of support will match the energy you invest in your health.

Communication Guidelines

For topics outside of regular check-ins, I aim to respond within 36 hours or less. Your questions and concerns are important to me, and I strive to provide timely and thoughtful replies.
